Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation. Today’s customers expectations are higher than ever and quality of service it of the utmost importance.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, duties will vary, but in most cases you’ll be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way – whether that’s by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints. You’ll also need to be able to communicate with all sorts of people using different methods (i.e. face  to face, by telephone or using technology).

Completing this Apprenticeship will serve you well in virtually any industry – so it’s a very good way to move forward, even if you’re still undecided about your future career.

To achieve the full Apprenticeship you will complete the following:

NVQ Lv2, Technical Certificate Lv2, Functional Skills Lv1 or Key Skills Lv1

If you are successful in your Apprenticeship you may well be able to complete the Advanced Apprenticeship.

To achieve an Advanced Apprenticeship you will complete the following:

NVQ Lv3, Technical Certificate Lv3, Function Skills Lv2 or Key Skills Lv2
